Camel City Spirit Seekers was founded in 2009 by Amy Spease and Michael Renegar. It is the successor group to Project Ghost-Find, a paranormal investigation group founded by Michael Renegar and David Crutchfield. CCSS investigates and records ghost stories and hauntings in the Piedmont area of North Carolina. We use both scientific methods and sensory methods of investigating ghosts, hauntings, and other paranormal activity. Over the years, we have investigated many well known, and many not-so-known legends. These include: East Residence Hall, Appalachian State University Coffey Res.
